Caroline Harnish was born into an artistic family in Philidelphia, and studied art at an early age. When she was a child, her family moved to Illinois where her father died suddenly in an accident. As her mother was an athiest, she could not answer Caroline's questions about God.

So Caroline kept searching and after moving to California at age 18, she prayed for the first time and asked Christ into her life. Not long afterwards, she left for Europe, where she lived for 22 years, travelling and painting in various cities. She visited Germany, Switzerland, Scotland, Austria,
India and Italy.

Her art was influenced by the German Romantic mystic art forms, and then, in Italy, by the classics and the delightful landscapes. In Italy she learned to create murals.

Caroline's murals are atmospheric and dimensional. Her art reflects an inner light and are inspirational, with themes of pilgrimage and overcoming life's obstacles with God's help. She frequently volunteers assistance with murals projects and has participated in group art shows with the League of Christian Artists, Art Target, and the Rilla Fleming Gallery in Sarasota, Florida.

She feels art is a precious gift of God and should be valued as a community treasure.

Her artwork is on display and for sale at BacInTyme Coffee Cafe located on Confederate Street in
Fort Mill, SC.
